Deck replacement is a very complicated process that can be both dangerous and expensive to Owners and Occupants. By combining our proven resources consisting of: creativity; versatility; experience; design; project management; superintendents and crews, we deliver results on these difficult projects. The following list represents over 1,000,000 square feet of completed projects.

BOCA TECH

Total deck replacement of existing Loadmaster Deck. Project was 65,000 square feet. Occupant maintained operation of computer modem plant during replacement. Project was completed without incident.

BEAULIEU CARPET PLANT

Replacement of 1,200,000 square feet of lightweight concrete with mechanically fastened steel deck. Included in the project was the replacement of 60 bar joists. Plant operations continued during project with minimal disruption.

SULLIVAN RD.

Replaced approximately 10,000 square feet of Loadmaster Deck with Loadmaster Deck. Building was occupied during the project. Project was completed without incident.

DELCHAMPS PLAZA

The lightweight concrete deck on this 80,000 square foot shopping center was damaged by a hurricane. Removed the deck and replaced with a metal deck system. Merchants remained open during the project. Project was completed without incident.

GEORGIA PACIFIC, OWOSOO, MICHIGAN

Replaced 250,000 square feet of failed steel deck at the manufacturing plant. Plant remained open. Project was completed without incident.

GEORGIA PACIFIC, VALDOSTA, GEORGIA

Replaced 90,000 square feet of failed steel deck at manufacturing plant. Plant remained open. Project was completed without incident.

GEORGIA PACIFIC, CHICAGO, ILLINOIS

Replaced 75,000 square feet of steel deck at three different locations in the Chicago area. Plant remained open. Project was completed without incident.

CONSTAR PLASTICS

Replaced 50,000 square feet of steel deck at plastics manufacturing plant. Plant remained open. Project was completed without incident.

JOHNS MANVILLE ROOFING PLANT

Replaced 30,000 square feet of concrete deck panels with new concrete panels. Plant remained open. Project was completed without incident.

PUEBLO FOODS

As part of roof replacements at 8 locations in Puerto Rico, due to hurricane damage, approximately 50,000 square feet of steel deck was replaced at 5 locations. Stores remained open during these projects and all were completed without incident.

FRESH EXPRESS

Partial roof replacement at this food processing plant consisted of 50,000 square feet of steel deck. Project was completed without incident.

JOYLAND RD.

During renovation of this building for the new tenant, the entire 100,000 square feet of decking was replaced. Project was completed without incident.
