Charles Harvey is the Service Project Manager and Estimator for the C.L. Burks South Carolina office. Charles started with C.L. Burks in 2022. Prior to joining the C.L. Burks team, Charles spent over five years in the commercial roofing and commercial construction industry. Charles started his construction career as an Assistant Superintendent and was later promoted to Superintendent. Charles decided to focus his specialization in roofing and became a Roof Technician and Estimator. Charles is a Marine Corps veteran who served five years active duty. Charles earned his Bachelors of Professional Studies in Project Management from the College of Charleston. Originally from South Carolina, Charles loves spending time going to concerts and sporting events, especially South Carolina Gamecock football and Atlanta Braves baseball.
